Arts & Crafts:
Apple Stamping with Paint
Outdoor Play:
Duck Duck Goose
Snack: APPLE slices
Music:
Pass the apples in a circle while listening to the song
"Apples & Bananas"

Balance & Coordination:
Race across the room, balancing an apple on a wooden spoon
Handwriting:
We practiced writing uppercase & lowercase A's in our journals.
Observation & Coloring:
Children drew pictures of the apples that they ate for snack in their journals.
We had a fun day talking about the letter A!

 At Home Activity Idea:
Help your child practice writing the letter A at home.
If they can't quite write on their own, draw the letter & let them trace it. Tracing is a great pre-handwriting activity.
